It was supposed to arrive on the 3rd of January, but I didn't get it until the 5th of January, after a very long and tiresome correspondence. I placed the order on December 26. Whoever was at fault—whether it was the merchant or the delivery service—they didn't feel it was important to explain it to the customer. Let me down with the delivery; it's preferable to plan such things in a split, so that in which case you don't get concerned and you can cancel the order if necessary.
