Paint Won't Stick to Paintable Shutters
Paintable shutters will not pick up paint. Waited over 2 months to receive them and they are a disaster. The instructions say to paint within 30 days of receipt as the primer is said to be on the shutters. I don't know if they've been in storage for long or what this "primer" is made of, but the color doesn't last. I wanted to prepare them, but that would never last. I'll just drop them and cut my losses.
