You get what you pay for for the price. The quality is normal, not very good, I had to bend the vertical parts of the latch so that the pin slides freely. They came a very nice black to match my new carbon fiber hood, their color fading from either the car wash or the hot Texas sun. If I had to do it again now it's too late as I've already drilled holes in my hood. I would spend more money and get something from a more reputable brand like Sparco etc. Mechanically it does the job and securely holds the hood and rings on the pins reverse latch so they don't slip in the open position. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
