The best part about this service has been its ease of use.

My clients have had no issues at all learning how it works or using their own personal phones within our client's account which makes things easy when we are away from them! I wish there was an option where they could pay monthly instead of yearly but other than that everything so far seems great! We've used several different PB services over the years (including my previous employer) and none were really worth sticking around in until now - very simple setup process; friendly customer support team/staff; clear pricing structure with options such as annual vs one-time payment plans available.
