-The ability to bring new fresh ideas from outside consultants with years of experience selling -Innovation is key; it's not just about "meeting quota" but rather meeting customers' needs.-Sales leadership training that teaches my staff to be leaders themselves. Nothing. Our management team was open enough to consider what we had to say and take constructive feedback seriously when considering implementing changes. With our management team as allies instead of adversaries, they are more willing to listen and make improvements based on their input. There are two things I would like to see improved:-Improve communication between us & management so we do have clear direction and goals; there seems to be conflicting priorities which makes collaboration difficult.-Better integration with CRM applications for increased efficiency/automation. We're working towards getting rid of many paper processes (i.e., PULSE) because those tend to slow down workflow and create confusion among employees. They were very professional with their approach & they really listened! I would recommend them highly for any business looking at ways that can enhance its internal processes as well customer service/sales experience!! The training was extremely useful - it's not something you could do yourself without paying someone else thousands just so yo ucan get some good ideas from others who have done this before (and hopefully learned things along way).
