Buying jewelry you can't test

I just received my Rose Opal Cubic Zirconia CZ Ring Gemstone Ring in 14k Rose Gold and it is a disaster. The group is completely tarnished, I have to return it. I am so disappointed I was looking forward to putting on my ring. TO UPDATE; After some thought and not wanting to go to a collection point to return the ring, I decided to clean it and here I am. Now I have a very beautiful rose gold ring. Glad you cleaned it up.
