The sound quality is good; However, depending on how your Teams environment is set up, Teams features may not work. This may not work if you are set to island mode. Since my teams are in island mode, the Accept/Hold and Disconnect buttons don't work. The volume and mute buttons work. To reply I have to go to the Teams app and click there. This significantly reduces the usefulness of the device. If it wasn't for the main issue with Teams, I would have rated it a lot higher - 4 or 5. Yealink makes great phones. The sound is good and the design is good. I haven't fully tested the battery life yet. My suggestion: as a speaker - excellent. Skip it as a Teams device.
