I've had back problems since I was 13 (now 49). I've been going to the pain clinic for 15 years with several backpack injections a year. I bought this because of my pain, the doctor said many people get great relief from it. Although nothing can ever cure my back pain or eliminate all my pain BUT I have to say it is absolutely AMAZING! I used it immediately after opening the package and again before bed. I woke up this morning and for the first time in years I wasn't as sore as I used to be. I was able to get up without popping and cracking like a bag of potato chips. I'll update more as I use it, but for now this thing gets 5 stars.
