Very good replacement. It matched perfectly with the passenger side mirror trim. I was able to remove the front cover from the old mirror (it wasn't damaged) and snapped it onto the replacement mirror so I didn't even have to pay for the paint job (the mirror came with a gloss black front cover, my original mirror cover is charcoal grey). I plugged the mirror control and power into the outlet in the door and everything worked fine. I saved about $200 compared to buying from Toyota and after a little online training it took me less than 45 minutes from start to finish (and no dealer service fees). I highly recommend getting a set of non-scratch plastic tools designed for working on the car trim - $12 at the auto parts store was worth the money and made removing the inner door panel a quick and easy task.
