You understand all of the above, then here's the easy part. These cables are made from the same industrial grade home Ethernet cables. I see an immediate change in my desktop performance. I'm now at 120Hz refresh rate and 4k is working as expected. They are sold cheaply, but don't worry, the quality is good. There are many HDMI cables on the market. Don't chase the colors of the rainbow. The colors mean nothing. They're on the back of each device, so it's quality that counts, not looks. They are all black, which suits me.
