Save money and get something more functional and less noisy. My office has purchased several hundred of these devices for various conference rooms around the world. Everyone brings their own chairs. Why? Well, first of all, recline and rocking are not blocked. It uses a main spring (see crank under the seat) that relaxes on the fly. So you can sit and twist and turn endlessly. It will still make you spill your coffee when you sit back and suddenly recline. I have a chair that uses a tension spring to recline but also has varying degrees of recline lock. I love it. If this chair had such a feature, it would be perfect.
