Useless as intended
First I will say it’s a sturdy bag, but the holes are far too fine it Clogs easily and starves the pump rapidly unless pre filtered. Snails love to latch on leading to other issues…. It also doesn’t function well unless you get creative and build a frame to keep it expanded. Makes a great barley straw bag though. Waste of money as a pump protection product. Just get a pump with starvation and overload features and be done with it.
- Great product with a lot of pressure behind it!!
- It may not fit properly in all types and sizes of pond filters
