The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

I chose between Canon EF 24-70f (2.8L USM) and this model. Having lost in aperture ratio, I received a larger range of focal lengths and decent cost savings.
The lens stands on the Canon EOS550D crop as a staff member, suitable for all types of shooting, for all occasions: "And to the feast, and to the world, and to good people."
You can fight all his "childhood illnesses": by holding down the aperture, raising the ISO, and yes, the professionals will forgive me: Flash has not been canceled yet :-)
Very satisfied with this model.

Pros

Fast and tenacious autofocus, sharp, fairly wide range of focal lengths, good color reproduction, excellent picture when shooting video, build quality, fast motor, smooth running, comfortable, stabilizer, appearance, reasonable price.
