Clumsy, heavy and inferior

I bought a Chromebook 11e after repair. I'm only writing this to save YOU $85 plus $25 on a new adapter. OS issues - after a couple of weeks the laptop stopped charging, ordered a new adapter. It loaded, but on boot, the Loading Chrome screen didn't go away. This means it won't load. After searching the web I found how to run it in developer mode. It still wouldn't load - instead it said "Chrome OS is missing or corrupt". Insert a recovery USB drive or SD card. I searched the internet and found that I need a PC or Mac to create a recovery USB drive. I mainly use a Linux PC (Dell XPS 13). I have an old Mac - so I looked into it. It turns out that I can't create a recovery USB drive unless I'm using Google Chrome browser and its plugin. Ok, I use Firefox and Opera, but no, I need to install Chrome. Good. I think my kid will be using a Chromebook, so why not get a browser? After installing the browser, I need to install the plugin extension. Done - now I'm waiting to flash my flash drive and it's been going for 20 minutes now. Great - time to write a review. Do you value YOUR time? Go on.
