Review on Defender Forsage Drift GT Kit Black by Mateusz Morawski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for money, I recommend it.

At the first setup, I had to tinker a lot. I downloaded official free drivers for Windows for this steering wheel from the manufacturer's website. Advice from the Internet also helped - I gave the game an administrator, the game saw vibration motors in the steering wheel, its name was DEFENDER WHEEL (before that, I just wrote that it was an emulated controller). The feeling of playing on the steering wheel is completely different than on the keyboard. The puppy experienced delight. My first wheel, you can understand. Turning 270 degrees is enough for the eyes. An interesting thing is that in the center of the steering wheel there is a large button with the campaign logo, it is pressed, but no actions can be assigned to the button.

Pros
  • Cheap. There is a sensitivity control on the left. There is a gear lever in a convenient place on the right - primitive, shifting gears up and down. Suction cups and clamps for fastening. Rubberized inserts for a firm grip. Sufficiently thick rim of the steering wheel, comfortable to grip. Importantly, when twisting, it does not feel empty and light. There are two vibration motors. There are brake and gas pedals.
Cons
  • Indication of the degree of pressure on the gas. For some reason, these four bright indicators infuriate me. There are some troubles with the gas pedal, maybe I came across such an instance, but in the settings in the game, when checking the sensitivity, the indicator starts to twitch wildly. This also affects the behavior of the steering wheel, because both the pedals and the steering wheel are packed on one axis.
