I bought this backpack for my daughter and thought it was great quality as it was there for the price. One day, on my second day of school, I was getting my backpack out of the car to give to my daughter and the strap snapped at the seam. The backpack was practically empty. I looked and saw that the threads were loose. I wrote to the seller and explained what happened and they replied that it was wear and tear and they would not take the backpack. I replied to them that the backpack was broken and how could the backpack be worn out which broke in the morning of the second day of school. I sent photos as they requested. If that's considered wear and tear, then don't charge $50 for a back that breaks instantly. The backpack is obviously defective. Well as you can see judging by my star rating they never replied. Very bad deal. First time I'm writing a bad review. I usually don't write a review if I'm unhappy with something. But it's so unfair that I spent $50 on this backpack and have to carry my daughter's backpack to school because she can't carry it on her back because the strap broke.
