Sturdy and fairly easy to clean as all parts can be taken apart although there are some threads that require a special brush (at least for me). I look forward to using this campsite so I can preload the mix and just add water at the campsite. (When camping I use a mix of just adding water, and at home I add egg, butter and milk). It's easy to squeeze and I like the measurements on the side I use to measure flour first. While it's a bit awkward, as you have to turn it upside down to measure (which means it's resting on the smaller nozzle rather than the base), it feels solid and hasn't fallen off when measuring. The whisk seems to be beating the flour in it so I have to shake a lot. Pull out. I will try small chips next time. I think blueberries will have the same problem, so use smaller wild blueberries.
