Works great if you know what you're doing.

This mod has definitely turned my controller into a deadly weapon. I am an electronics engineer by trade and I can say that they used high quality materials. I will say that you must have some soldering skills when applying this mod. Otherwise you can damage the board and make it unusable. Wait at least an hour as you will need time to disassemble, solder and then reassemble the mod. All in all it was a fairly painless process and I am very happy with it.
