Great hardware, lousy online support, and bad packaging.

I've had a Transcend HD for a few years now. Formatting my new Transcend took half an hour. Mac Utilities had some issues with wiping HD - in some cases the device was not recognized and "bugs removed". After a few more tries, I finally got the "Initialize Disk" prompt from my Mac and was then able to delete /Mac/Journal on Transcend HD. Not sure if their software is up to date with Mac 10.14.3 - it was difficult to reformat! I don't understand why their box or inserts don't have a quick start guide, only tiny ads and no online resources (even though they replied to me after 24 hours). great product The boys iron workers found out! The real PISSER is the packaging and the serial/model numbers are SO microscopic! Is this a conspiracy to blind us all?
