I see a lot of bad reviews on this so here is a ticket on some of the issues I've heard about: - Laser printers require laser paper. An inkjet printer has a coating that can cause jams or worse. It is not designed for the high temperature of the toner process. - Explore settings. I've found that my printer keeps disconnecting and needs to reconnect to my WiFi (my WiFi's long password was tedious to enter every time). I checked the settings and by default it was connected via Ethernet. I switched to WiFi and haven't had any problems so far. Skip Registered "Print this page". Holy crap. I've already printed hundreds of pages and that's the only thing that stuck - and not just me, judging by the reviews. What's wrong with it? - The installation process isn't exactly easy, and you'll need to be comfortable with the hardware you have (computer and Wi-Fi) before diving too deep. The manual is a card on a sheet and offers very little detail where you need it. The full manual is nearly 300 pages long and can be found in PDF format on the Xerox website if required. Duplex (two-sided) printing is not enabled by default and may not be available in settings depending on the driver. but a few google searches later and I figured it out. still pain In general I like it. I have yet to switch to a different paper size (card stock, labels, etc.) and to replace the toner (I got a low toner alert a few weeks ago, so it's coming soon).
