Ethernet port: excellent - USB ports: not so good
My router's Wi-Fi signal is too weak and I often disconnect from the internet, the purpose of this purchase was to upgrade my laptop with a Ethernet cable to connect for a more stable signal PROS: This hub is useful for any laptop that doesn't have Ethernet. I use it on a Macbook and it doesn't need any drivers. I was afraid that this adapter would slow down my bandwidth, but it doesn't: the internet speed is the same as another computer (connected to the network). and it works It gets hot but that's not a problem for me CONS: 1 - I don't recommend using this adapter as a USB hub for everyday work:
- USB network adapter
- No instructions
