Like the Tornado fans, this fan has a durable plastic construction. It blows air very well and mister also works well if you are 1.5ft or more away from it otherwise you will feel like you were hosed down. One star off because the strongest fan mode (three clicks) no longer works - now I only get 1 or 2 strength. Disappointed as I live in a very hot area and this fan is not cheap. Edit: The fan was not running at 3hp with the PSU used. Switched to another USB power supply and now reaches 3 hp. improve my rating.
