I personally would recommend getting because it will make you sweat all over. Very effective and some what comfortable. I bought one for my dad and myself. He likes wearing it when he goes on long walks. I use it to actually work out at home. It's good in that it heats up your body fast, but I don't find myself sweating as much near my core or back. I've used different of these sauna vests before so I am familiar with what good quality is. This one is good for it's price.
