As someone who is in the process of getting a dental implant (and has to wear a flipper tooth for several months), I think this Polygrip is the best. My fin isn't very big, so it's difficult to find a balance between too much and too little; so it's not a bad thing to wear too much and it's easy to take care of the superfluous. The original that I carry around in my purse seems a lot dirtier and kind of makes my mouth drier if I add a little more. In my situation I found this to be the best choice. I have no idea how it will cope with a large set of dentures or a full set, but I'm sure it will work just as well!
