I purchased two items from this set and am greatly disappointed with both. I can’t believe that this was the quality of the product for the cost, which isn’t that cheap.The instructions were somewhat complicated but not really. All the individual pieces were separated and labeled and the instructions specified which and how many of each you would need. I found the instructions easy enough to follow (though one small step was completely missing, it was easy enough to figure out what to do.) Impossible to put together for just one person though and you’ll definitely want a power drill to save time.For a linen closet it’s pretty shallow in terms of depth. I have to fold my towels very small for them to fit. But I mostly wanted it to store other products so that’s ok.My biggest issue with this item is how thin the planks are. Because they are so thin when you are securing the back you are almost guaranteed to damage the frame/shelves. Which as carefully as I worked I did in 3 separate places, both using a power drill and screw driver. All towards the back of the shelves so not visible but still extremely frustrating. The holes for attaching the back panel are not drilled into the frames, I suspect because they didn’t want to cause damage themselves so you end up damaging the frame/shelves when trying to install it. I had to use a drill to create new holes, otherwise I don’t know how others manage this problem.2 stars because once completed I like the look and it’s not worth the hassle of returning it but I am very disappointed in the quality. If I could go back I would not order it again. The planks are literally 1/3 the thickness of the cabinet that this one is replacing. That cabinet lasted 15 years, I’ll be amazed it this one makes it 5.
