Review on Scrollmagic by Bob Schultz

It is very easy for anyone who has basic Javascript knowledge with it, I mean that no coding skills are required - which was really cool! We used this in one of our projects as an interactive map where we could show different maps depending from your location (using geo-location).

The only disadvantage would be if there wouldn't have been any update about some errors or bugs regarding scrolling speed but they solved them fastly via github so everything works good now :) Great product overall!! If you're searching something similar just try out their demos because all features can work without problems like zooming/scrolling etc..
