First Ingredient: Sorbitol

They taste great and help with dry mouth, but aren't worth the stomach ache sorbitol causes. Google Sorbitol. This company should put a warning on their packaging instead of saying "use when needed" because if you use a lot of it, it's going to hurt a lot. Just suck at Jolly Ranchers. I'd rather risk sugar and corn syrup than have the worst stomach cramps! That says a lot about a woman! Menstrual cramps have nothing to do with sorbitol cramps!
