Assembled according to instructions. The lid's hinge mount has been "frozen" right out of the box and will not open to attach to the stool body and lid. In 3 days I've made 2 online requests for a spare part, 1 attempt by phone (leave a callback number for a robotic system) and 1 email. I received an automated email reply "We will contact you" with no further response. I still have about 12 hours to take it apart with a hammer and send it back. It is fully assembled but not safe to use without a lid latch.
