I have some old Minolta handheld flashes from the movie days lying around. I've now switched to a modern camera. When I started a portrait studio, I decided I needed a way to use old flashes. That helped. The great thing about studio shots of the head is that the shots are almost the same every time. Not interesting, but it's a stable income. I was able to manually set up the camera and two flashes (I have a second set so I have two receivers). After everything is dialed in, the recordings work at any time, even with old vehicles. A very affordable solution that works exactly as it should and nothing extra that I don't need.
