Oh my god how did I live without it? I wear progressive trifocal contact lenses and putting them on and taking them off on my eyeballs has been a nightmare. I couldn't see them with lenses on my finger. And it's impossible to put on glasses and try to make contact at the same time. I think it might work if the person had a monocle, but for some reason it always struck me as spooky! I even resorted to a headlamp once or twice when my face was 3 inches from the mirror just to be able to find the lens and get it out. This is an ideal swing arm lighted wall mirror. It plugs into an outlet, and the cord is kind of silvery and transparent so it doesn't look too obtrusive on the wall. Installation was easy, drill two pilot holes in the wall stud, insert two large screws, plug in, and BUV is a crystal clear magnified mirror image. But be careful if you look closely at your face in that mirror, because you'll notice crazy eyebrow hairs and huge skin pores on your nose, as well as tiny wrinkles you didn't even know crept onto your face! I would definitely recommend this mirror to anyone who has trouble seeing in low light or at close range. The magnification level is just right for me.
