I really like how easy it is to navigate through all of our modules, and that there are different types of learners in each module as well! It's very customizable for your needs too. The customer service team has been extremely helpful when we have questions or issues with any part of our product. They always respond quickly and help us resolve them easily. Sometimes things can get glitchy but they keep working hard at resolving those problems. This software helps me be more efficient by providing training material for my employees. Before this program was implemented, people had to go outside of work hours if they needed to learn something new. Now everyone gets their learning done during business hours which makes life easier on both sides.
