This sonic cleaner is great! My dentist recommended I get one for my teeth/gums as I had a lot of debris on my teeth. This toothbrush has 15 brushing modes, 5 brushing modes (clean, sensitive, gum care, whitening and polishing) and 3 intensity levels. It also has a battery life of 90 days. I'm not used to the sensitivity levels at first as my teeth are sensitive, but for now I keep it on low settings and it still cleans my teeth so well you get a squeaky brushing effect. PLUS - Different sensitivity levels - 2 extra brushes - Brushes have caps - USB charger allows charging anywhere - Cleans teeth and gums well - Battery lasts a while. CONS - No! All in all, I highly recommend it!
