This matching game is great for helping kids who aren't able to pair lowercase and capital letters, however using all the tiles at once takes a LONG time and is overwhelming. Adjusting the rules to the game, or simply using it as a draw a tile and name the letter was much more effective way to ensure my son knew he letters. You can then ask the child/student to write the letter on the back of the tile with a dry erase marker then wipe it off. There are lots of educational uses for these tiles, just not as a dump the box and play a matching game as advertised.
