I have an itchy scalp problem. I looked and was offered an apple cider vinegar shampoo for the itching. Sometimes it gets so bad I literally pick the flakes off my scalp even though I don't have flakes. I bought this particular brand and am very glad I did. I use it in the shower. First wash your hair; Leave the shampoo on while I wash my face (using a different soap, of course) and then rinse off. I've been using this brand for six months and rarely have an itchy scalp. I like. There's no guarantee this will work for you, but there's no harm in trying. Much luck!
