This printer prints photos in less than 1 minute and the quality is pretty good. We did find that the color may vary slightly from the actual color, but if you really need accurate colors contact the photo lab! Complaint #1: You have to be careful not to get dust in the printer and on the paper as dust/lint/hair will remain on the printouts. Complaint #2: The paper tray is difficult to hold in the correct position. If you don't get it right, it won't print. Complaint #3: The ink/paper that came with the printer only lasts for 5 prints.
