The sleeves are on the short side.
I usually wear a large jacket and chose this XL anorak so I can wear a fleece sweatshirt underneath. The sleeves are shortened and the waist is a bit narrow so getting in and out can be a bit of a hassle. At the same time I bought the Charles River anorak in size XL and it fits and combines well. YMMV
