Are you looking for a security and video retailer that keeps its word? Search outside of Flashmen. They may be experts in security, but their merchandise and client support are anything but secure. Their security cams aren't particularly impressive; they frequently have problems and are unreliable. And let's not even begin to discuss their accoutrements. They're far from the "top of the line" quality that Flashmen claim, being overpriced and lackluster. The true kicker, though? their qualified staff. Although we don't know where they received their education, it most definitely wasn't in customer care. They provide little support and direction, and when problems do arise, good luck attempting to contact anyone.
