Just got this recently to keep with my "just in case" tools. I have a small set of picks but they are not strong enough for large tubing or heavy use. I mainly use them for car work. Luckily (unfortunately?) I had to use some of these earlier this week. I did an oil change and had to replace the entire sump due to rust spotting issues. I used the gasket scraper from this kit to remove all of the silicone gasket residue from the upper oil pan in order to install the new one. He did a clean and excellent job. I haven't used picks yet, but if I run into any issues with them I'll update this at some point. I've had other gasket scrapers that were either too dull to work with or not smooth enough to damage the surface I'm working on. Since this one worked great I will prioritize the rest of the kit. My only complaint would be that it would be nice to keep them in a suitcase as they are quite large. But I knew this item didn't come with a carrying case when I ordered it, so I can't blame you.
