I am a small business owner so I really appreciate the effort and quality these guys put into not only their products but also their customer service. They contact each and every customer (emails can be automatically generated by their system, but the fact that they have it set up for that even better than most companies) and give them support and gratitude is not common these days, but that's exactly what they try to do I run my business so I appreciate and respect that. For these reasons I chose their kinesiology tape over other brands or stores. They also provide you with an e-book! It's so helpful! Even before you receive the e-book, they will email you some things you should know before using kinesio tape. ALSO just these few points are more than what is stated on the inserts of other brands! It's so cool! They provided an e-book for another product I bought from them and I was impressed at the time, so what they did with this one is VERY impressive and commendable!
