Update: although the warranty is still valid I contacted the company and they exchanged the headset. definitely raised the stars. I have been using this product for over a year now and use it regularly. I don't swim with headphones on, but I do exercise, mow grass, use them when traveling, etc. The battery life of the headphones is excellent and lasts a long time considering how long I would use them. Downloading music to headphones is very easy and you can download many songs. I noticed that when shuffling songs, the same handful of songs played, not all of the songs I downloaded. I had a few issues playing the headphones in general even after charging them, but after the reset they worked fine. But last month I started noticing the left earbud, I can't hear the music anymore. Either the wiring is defective or it is broken and losing connection. I'm not sure, but since I'm only listening to music from one side of the headphone, it's really useless to me. All in all, I'm not unhappy, but I'd love to have more than a year of it.
