Nice item and does the job well. But the building instructions are for birds! You need to figure out how to line up the holes correctly and make sure the pieces are facing the right direction. Which sounds easy enough if the instructions weren't sooo confusing. They don't even consider the crucial step. I had to find out where the mail (J) went because it's not in the instructions! LOL The instructions should also indicate what tools are needed. You will definitely need more than a hand screwdriver to tighten the seat tightly. It took about an hour to set up and you'll need an extra pair of hands to get it right!
