As you can see in the picture this hat has stains on my pillowcase. I wish I had listened to other feedback from the many others who have had this problem, or at least remembered that it was the problem when I first put it on so I could give it some extra coverage. But I have a feeling you shouldn't do that! I really hope this company listens to all feedback and fixes this issue. If you're not worried about ruining your bedding or don't mind putting a barrier between this hat and your pillow, then I highly recommend spending a little more money on a higher quality product! Have returned this and already ordered another hood which doesn't have many reviews complaining about this issue.
