I bought this because I needed something to keep my frizz free every morning. This cap has a nice wide band that fits snugly, NOT tight and stays in place. I wish they made them for kids because they are much better quality than the ones I've seen.

As you can see in the picture this hat has stains on my pillowcase. I wish I had listened to other feedback from the many others who have had this problem, or at least remembered that it was the problem when I first put it on so I could give it some extra coverage. But I have a feeling you shouldn't do that! I really hope this company listens to all feedback and fixes this issue. The first day I wore it, this cap covered my pillow in black color. After putting the hood in water to clean, there was black paint all over it. Terrible product!

Although it's a women's hat, I bought it for my 16 year old son to protect his dreadlocks while he sleeps. He said it fits perfectly, not too tight or loose. He can sleep soundly all night without slipping in his sleep. This is a good quality item and at a reasonable price.

My head circumference is about 21 inches and the band around the cap is snug so it stays on my head. However, the band needs to be tightened. how it goes over the ears and back. I don't like the tight fit around the ears. You have to fiddle with the cap a bit to be comfortable and still stay on your head. I'm white with very long straight hair. For years I wore my hair in a bun at night to keep it out of my face. A friend recommended a cap to prevent hair tie damage and I can definitely say my hair health has improved. I'm also a very active sleeper and that stays with no problems.
