Many spare parts.

As an engineer, I value the quality of product design. It has a load capacity of 100 pounds, which is more than enough for most consumer-class TVs. Packaging: The device comes in a 53 lb flat box. The "top end" was on the edge, so I had no problem holding it up against the wall; until I got a TV. But opening the box is another matter. You'll need about 25 square feet of UNCONTAINED space just to open the box and take out the contents. And about 40 square meters to safely assemble the product and install the TV. If you live in a small apartment; Get ready to rearrange your furniture when you assemble this item! Parts Identification: All parts are (for the most part) identifiable where required in the instructions. Small parts such as screws and washers are prepackaged in labeled bags. A look at the packing list at the beginning of the manual is worthwhile, because the assembly instructions are "only illustrative" and it really helps to know what the part actually looks like; compared to its graphical representation. Assembly instructions: As already mentioned, the instructions are for illustrative purposes only. This will help you arrange the parts on the floor in the order indicated on the packing list. Sometimes a graphical representation of the desired part is shown in a perspective that is indistinguishable from the actual part. If you're short on space, pay someone to put it together for you. Caution: There are 8 ways to attach the two vertical brackets to the back of the TV; but ONLY 1 WAY is correct. I also recommend attaching the cables to the back of the TV, ***BEFORE*** hang it on the stand's horizontal support bar. Plenty of replacement parts: As TV mounting hardware is not standardized, there is a wide range of screws, washers and gaskets of various sizes; This gives you the greatest possible opportunity to attach the vertical mounting brackets to the back of the TV. Note: Plastic bowl clamps are too loose for the upper (extendable) vertical support legs. This limits the maximum shell height.
