Don't stay locked.

It worked fine at first but fails to click to stay closed like a regular gas cap. So, after 48 hours the generator stopped. The inspection also revealed that it became detached from the generator due to vibration. When I took it off the seal broke. Had to replace the gasket and still the same problem. The lid does not stay tight and lets air through and the generator switches off.
