Bought last January (1/20/2017), it had a very strong smell, we had to leave it in the garage for a month before using it. A few months after using it (e.g. late April or early May 2017) my husband started complaining about certain areas not returning to normal.I was busy with my work and was often away on business and a sick parent personally i didn't catch what my husband was talking about until recently also my husband and i mostly sleep in different rooms because of his snoring the edge now has no support at all it's hard for me to getting in and out of this mattress my husband has endured it for so long now he has back pain as it is still within the 10 year warranty I am asking for it Help and with the same data as here , I was asked to provide details of the problems again. A complete waste of money. You're better off spending a few hundred bucks more for Tuft & Needle, which has great customer service. If I still don't get customer service soon, I'll upload some photos and videos here.
