Review on ESPIDOO by Matt Schmick

I'm dissatisfied with ESPIDOO's customer support because of the way my recent problem was handled. I had trouble with one of their products, and it took me a while to get an answer from the company. When I did hear back from them, the information they provided was useless and they were indifferent. From a business that boasts of its excellent customer service, I anticipated more. ESPIDOO makes high-quality goods, but after a bad customer service experience, I'm reluctant to make another purchase from them. I'm hoping they'll work to enhance their customer support and make it easier for everyone to get the help they require.
