This is a wool roving that is excellent for dry felting. I'm not sure if the bad reviewer knew the difference between b/w roving and yarn, and I even wonder if she wrote the review about the wrong seller and ordered from another seller. I received two boxes and they are full and plentiful. There was no packaging or extra items to add weight, everything was wool. I have blue and tan ideal for animal and skin tones. It's quite thin and soft, so not the ideal "base" yarn for the base of a needle felting project, it just takes longer to knit. But it is very high quality, soft and at a very good price.
