Worked great for a week. After that, the sound quality degraded dramatically when using the microphone, like I was listening through a tin can or a 24-inch Westinghouse TV. I stream and chat pretty much all the time so it was useless - in the end I just sorted it out as my schedule didn't allow me to wait weeks for a replacement. My lights also stopped working properly around this time - I updated all drivers and updated synapse. It's been a few weeks, I'm tired of not having colors on the lights, I uninstalled all the drivers and synapse, reinstalled them, uninstalled and reconnected the BT to the headphones. Lighting back, quality improved, everything was fine. month went well. Well late last month the quality issue returned, in addition to the microphone not picking up any sound. Did the same as before, didn't fix it. Fast forward to today and those crappy headphones don't even connect to my computer as a 'headset', only as 'headphones' which means better sound quality, but I can't use the mic anymore, even though the mic ACTUALLY does worked...as expected. My returns window closed on June 21st. My mic stopped working a week after that, rendering the headset pretty much useless for anything but the cuteness and music listening experience I could get from regular $30 headphones. This was my first Revain Renewed purchase and I went against common sense because $70 was cheaper on the wallet than $100. I DISPUTE about the quality of these 'refurbished' headphones and will NEVER buy another Revain 'refurbished' product again. I just had to economize and not only avoid this Revain Renewed junk altogether but just stick with the wired Kitty Krakens as my old tried and tested set worked great, it was just old and it was time for an 'upgrade' like the quality The mic has deteriorated over the years, but at least THIS MIC IS WORKING. This is NOT an UPDATE, not at all. I will NEVER recommend them unless I have a vendetta against someone and want them to deal with constant disappointment and a robbed wallet.
