There is nothing to say about this band. It works, but certainly no better than some of its competitors. Again, you compare it to a few other brands and it's pretty much the same product. So it's 3 stars. The stickiness is strong enough to work and any residue left was light. I didn't really need a bag to carry the tape - when the tape ran out, should you throw the bag away too? I threw the bag away the first day. All in all, it's pretty much the same kinesiology tape you've used and will find everywhere, but lacks measurement lines, but does come with a small storage pouch.
